I'm scared.
I mean, I get scared of a lot of things
Like creepy little girls
And china dolls
And spiders (they are evil...)
But this time it's more serious than that.
I'm not scared you'll leave me
Because I'm fairly sure you won't
And I'm not scared you'll forget me
Because I know I won't let you
I'm just...
Scared.

I'm scared that you'll move hours away and I won't see you,
And you'll fall in love with someone else
But you'll still stay with me because you promised you would
And I hate to think that I'll be holding you back
And stopping you being happy
Because that's all I want. I want to make you happy.
Forever's a long time to promise
And I guess I just don't know what I'll do if we don't make it-
Or if we do, but it's just because we've patched it up to get there
With broken hearts and ruined lives
Because I held you back.

I don't want to do that to you
So please don't let me.
